What we do for a store
What the platform cannot do for you.Citations, entities, cross-engine measurement.
Storefront design, brand voice and on-store SEO belong to your platform and your team, and we never charge for what a platform does free. We work on the layer above the store: the data assistants answer from, the pages they cite, the programs they shop from, and the measurement that proves it.
Catalog made answerable
Every product scored 0–100. Titles, descriptions, attributes, standard category, alt text and feed fields fixed within rules you approve. Up to 2,000 products on Managed, 20,000 on Scale.
Agentic commerce access
Products kept eligible in Google Merchant Center, ChatGPT product discovery through your feed or the Agentic Commerce Protocol, and the Perplexity and Meta merchant programs. Checked weekly, because the programs change.
Guides that earn the citation
Buying guides, comparison and FAQ pages written to the questions shoppers ask assistants, each linking into the collections it covers. On our first customer’s store, guide pages went from 0 to 231 clicks a month.
Entity layer
Organization, Product, Offer, FAQ and Review schema validated; duplicate schema from apps removed; AI crawlers allowed; store hours, policies and ratings exposed consistently.
Third-party mentions
Roundups, review sites, Reddit and YouTube are the domains assistants cite most. We earn mentions where your category is already being discussed.
Measured from your accounts
Search Console, GA4 AI-assistant sessions and platform-attributed orders every month, against the audit baseline. No modeled numbers.
Shopify is one connector.Any store with a feed and a sitemap is in scope.
Reading is by crawl, sitemap and feed. Writing is through the platform API where one exists, through an adapter built during Scale onboarding, or by document handoff to your team.
Why now, for stores
Small channel.Fastest-growing one you have.
4.73%
of US retail site visits came from AI assistants in Q3 2026, up from 0.43% in Q4 2024. First Page Sage, Oct 2026.
1.6x
conversion rate of AI-referred retail visits against other traffic in the same study. Adobe found AI traffic to US retailers up 393% YoY in Q1 2026, converting 42% better.
8x
growth in AI-driven traffic to Shopify stores, and about 13x in AI-search orders, year over year in Q1 2026. Shopify.
45%
of US online shoppers now use an AI tool somewhere in the purchase journey. Locus, Q2 2026.
For most independent stores, AI assistants are still under 1 to 2 percent of sessions. On our first customer’s store it is about 1.3 percent, up from 0.2 percent in January. The case is being the recommendation and protecting organic as clicks erode, not replacing Google.
How it works
Scan, audit, ninety days, report.Agents do the work. A human signs off.
Scan
Enter your website and email and confirm from your inbox. We ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Claude the questions a buyer in your category asks, and send you who they name, which pages they cite, and whether AI crawlers can read your site. Free, within one business day.
Audit
A paid audit scores every offer on your site, maps where competitors are cited instead of you, and fixes the 25-prompt panel the guarantee is measured on. 15-page report and a 45-minute readout. $1,500, credited to your first month.
Ninety days of agent work
Agents fix offers, build the entity and schema layer, publish answer-first content, earn third-party citations and keep you listed where each engine looks. A named human reviews every publish and every write to your site.
Monthly report
Eight numbers, each against the audit baseline: citation share on the panel, citation accuracy, offer score, organic clicks, AI-referred sessions and orders, mentions earned, content shipped. Day 90 decides renew, change plan or stop.
The guarantee
Cited in 90 days.Or month four is free.
No monitoring tool, agency or autonomous-store platform puts its own money behind a number. We do, and the terms fit on one card.
- 1A panel of 25 buyer prompts is agreed in the audit and fixed at signing. Neither side can move the target.
- 2By day 90, your brand must be cited for all 25 prompts in at least one of ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity.
- 3If it is not, month four is free. Work continues; you do not pay for it.
- 4Applies to Managed and Scale. Enterprise terms are negotiated per contract.
- 5The promise is about being cited, which we can measure. It is not a promise of rankings, traffic or revenue, which depend on your offer.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to be on Shopify?
- No. Shopify is one connector. BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, commercetools and custom stacks connect by feed and crawl for reading, and by API or adapter for writing. Our first customer happens to run on Shopify.
- What does 'agentic commerce access' mean?
- Shopping assistants buy from feeds and structured product data. We keep your products eligible in Google Merchant Center, ChatGPT product discovery through your feed or the Agentic Commerce Protocol, and the Perplexity and Meta merchant programs, and check weekly that your products actually appear. Engines change these programs often, so eligibility is monitored, not set once.
- How many products can you fix?
- Managed covers up to 2,000 products; Scale up to 20,000. Each product is scored on whether an AI can answer from it, then title, description, attributes, category, alt text and feed fields are fixed within rules you approve. Our first customer ran 4,878 products through this.
- Will AI traffic actually convert?
- On our first customer’s store, AI-assistant sessions went from 20 to 569 a month in 2026 and produced 5 orders in October. Industry data says AI-referred retail visits convert about 1.6 times as well as other traffic. Your report shows your own numbers by channel, which ends the debate by month three.
- Do you write product copy?
- We fix the data an AI answers from: names, attributes, price, availability, proof, and the description structure that carries them. Brand voice and storefront design stay with you or your platform. We do not charge for anything your platform does for free.
