Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Draft terms for pilot engagements. Reviewed on request before signature.
OVERVIEW
LynkAI is built and operated by JediTeck LLC ("JediTeck", "we", "us", "our"). These terms cover this website and LynkAI pilot and production engagements (the "Service"). By using the website or starting an engagement, you (the "Customer") agree to these terms. A signed order or pilot agreement takes precedence over this page where the two differ.
SCOPE OF AN ENGAGEMENT
An engagement covers one workflow at a time. A Forward Deployed Engineer scopes the workflow in week one, builds the agent and runs it in shadow mode in weeks two to four, and then operates it in production on an ongoing basis. The scope document agreed in week one defines the inputs, integrations, escalation rules and go-live criteria for that workflow. Additional workflows are scoped and quoted separately.
FEES
Setup is free for the first pilot customers. Once the workflow is in production, a monthly management fee applies, quoted per workflow before go-live. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Either party may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice; no further fees are due after the notice period ends.
CUSTOMER DATA
The Customer owns its data, including emails, documents, records and any outputs the agent produces from them. We use Customer data only to deliver and operate the agreed workflow. Customer data is not used to train models; the Forward Deployed Engineer tunes rules, templates and thresholds from the Customer's corrections. Customer data is deleted on request and at the end of the engagement, subject to any retention the Customer asks us to keep for audit purposes.
HUMAN APPROVAL
Nothing sends, files or updates an external system without the Customer's approval. The agent drafts and proposes; the Customer approves sends and decides exceptions. The Customer is responsible for the content it approves and for the accuracy of the data and systems it connects.
ACCEPTABLE USE
The Customer agrees not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, to process data it is not authorized to process, to violate applicable law or third-party rights, or to attempt to access systems or data outside the agreed workflow. We may suspend a workflow that is being used in breach of these terms after notifying the Customer.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential, use it only for the engagement, and protect it with at least the care it uses for its own confidential information. This obligation survives the end of the engagement. A separate NDA or Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
WARRANTIES
Pilot engagements are provided as is. We will perform the engagement with reasonable skill and care, but we do not warrant that the agent will be error-free or that every draft will be correct. The Customer's review and approval step is part of the design, not a substitute for it.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees the Customer paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
CHANGES
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes do not apply to a signed engagement until the next renewal or a written amendment.
