Your Forward Deployed Engineer maps one inbox workflow end-to-end: which shared mailboxes the agent monitors, the request types it handles (rate requests, renewals, KYC follow-ups), the fields it extracts, the response patterns it drafts from, and the rules for when an email is escalated to a person instead of drafted. Your FDE connects EmailAI to Gmail or Outlook through OAuth, scoped to the mailboxes, folders, and labels you choose. Personal inboxes stay separate, the connection is encrypted end-to-end, and access can be revoked at any time. The agent is configured on your historical threads using the freight, insurance, or banking workflow as the starting point, with your extraction rules, response templates, and escalation logic layered on top. The agent then runs in shadow mode alongside your team on live email: every matching email is read, structured data such as origin, destination, weight, policy numbers, or account identifiers is extracted, and a draft reply appears in the LynkAI dashboard with a confidence score and highlighted fields that need verification.
