Questions
Every question, answered first.Grouped by what you are deciding.
The service
More on the home page.
- What is AI visibility?
- Whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews name your business, and cite your pages, when a buyer asks the questions that lead to a purchase. It is measured on a fixed set of buyer prompts, not on rankings. Classic SEO is part of the work because engines cite what ranks, but the goal metric is citations and AI-referred visits.
- What exactly do you guarantee?
- A panel of 25 buyer prompts is agreed in the audit and fixed at signing. By day 90 your brand must be cited for all 25 in at least one of ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity, or month four is free. The promise is about citations, which we can measure. It is not a promise of rankings, traffic or revenue.
- What happens if you miss the 90 days?
- Month four is free. The work continues, you are not billed for it, and the report shows which prompts are still missing and why. The panel cannot be changed after signing, so the target you were sold is the target you are measured on.
- Is the scan really free, and what do I get?
- Yes. Enter your website and email, click the confirmation link we send, and within one business day you get the buyer questions we asked, which engines named you, which pages were cited, where competitors appeared instead, and whether your robots.txt blocks AI crawlers. No credit card, no site access.
- Does this work for businesses that are not online stores?
- Yes. The same agents score any offer an AI could answer from: a product, a service, a location, a plan or a person. B2B software and services, professional firms, multi-location services and ecommerce brands on any platform are all in scope. The first proof came from our first customer, a store, which is why the results page is a store.
- Who does the work?
- Agents do the volume work: scoring offers, drafting content, building schema, pulling the numbers. A named human reviews every publish and every write to your site. On Scale a strategist spends about a day a week on your account.
- Isn't this just schema and llms.txt?
- Those are hygiene, not levers. In a May 2026 study 97% of llms.txt files were never fetched, and structured data correlates only weakly with AI citations. What moves citations is complete, consistent offer data, answer-first pages that rank, and mentions on the third-party sites engines already cite. That is what the plans pay for.
- We already have an SEO agency. Does that matter?
- Keep them. The audit shows exactly which pages and systems we would touch, so the scopes do not overlap, and they can keep rankings while we own citations and AI referrals. Some agencies white-label this service instead.
- AI traffic is still tiny for us. Why act now?
- For most businesses AI assistants are 1 to 5 percent of visits today. AI-referred visits to US retail sites reached 4.73% in Q3 2026, up from 0.43% in Q4 2024, and convert about 1.6 times as well as other traffic. Meanwhile the first Google result loses about 58% of its clicks when an AI Overview appears. The early citations stick, which is why the work pays to start before the channel is large.
- Is JCS Fashions a real customer?
- Yes, and the first one. JCS Fashions is a 4,878-product Shopify apparel store in Milpitas, California, where every part of this service ran before it was sold to anyone else. It is a related business: JediTeck’s founder owns it, which is why we had full access from day one. The numbers come from its own Search Console and GA4 accounts.
The free scan
More on the scan page.
- What does the free scan check?
- The buyer questions in your category run across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Claude: which engines name you, which of your pages they cite, where competitors appear instead, and whether your robots.txt blocks AI crawlers. Delivered by email within one business day.
- Why not instant results on the page?
- Because the prompts are chosen for your category by a person before they run, and because an instant score with no context sells dashboards, not outcomes. The one-business-day version names real competitors and real pages. An on-page score is on the roadmap and will say exactly what it checks.
- Why do I have to confirm my email?
- So the scan goes to a real inbox and nobody can request scans in someone else's name. Enter your website and email, click the link we send within a minute, and the scan is queued. The link is valid for 48 hours. After confirming you can add optional details, such as competitors to compare against, which sharpen the scan.
- Do you need access to my site?
- No. The scan reads your public pages and robots.txt the way the engines do. Access is only needed for the audit, and then read-only.
- What happens after the scan?
- If the scan shows work worth doing, the email says what we would do first and what it costs. If it does not, it says that too. No sales sequence follows unless you reply.
The audit
More on the audit page.
- What does the AI Visibility Audit include?
- Every offer on your site scored for whether an AI can answer from it; a prompt panel run across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude with who is cited, which pages and how accurately; a competitor citation map; a crawler, schema and feed check; a prioritized fix list; a 90-day plan; and the 25-prompt guarantee panel. Delivered as a 15-page report with a 45-minute readout.
- How is the 25-prompt panel chosen?
- From the questions buyers in your category actually ask, weighted toward purchase intent, and agreed with you in the readout. It must include prompts you are not cited for today, or there is nothing to guarantee. Once signed, it is fixed for 90 days.
- How long does the audit take?
- About two weeks from access to readout for most businesses. Scale-size audits with 200 prompts and multiple brands take three to four. The free scan comes first either way, within one business day.
- What access do you need?
- Read access to Search Console and GA4, and a crawl of your public site. No CMS or store access is needed for the audit. For the plans, write access is scoped in the audit and every write is approved by your named owner.
- Is the audit credited if I sign?
- Yes. The full audit fee is credited against your first month on Managed or Scale if you sign within 30 days of the readout. If you do not sign, you keep the report and the plan.
- Can I buy the audit without a plan?
- Yes. It is a standalone product with its own readout. Some businesses take the fix list to their own team or agency. The guarantee applies only when we do the work.
How it works
More on the process page.
- How long from first contact to the first result?
- The free scan arrives within one business day. The audit takes about two weeks. Fixes start the same week a plan is signed. The first report ships at day 30 against the audit baseline, and the day-90 report decides whether you continue, change plan or stop.
- What do you need from me?
- Read access to Search Console and GA4 for the audit; a scoped write path for the plans, approved in the audit; and about an hour a week from one person to approve fix batches and skim gated drafts. On Scale, your named strategist does most of that.
- What happens on day 90?
- You get the report against the audit baseline, including the 25-prompt panel result. If the panel is not fully cited in at least one of ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity, month four is free. Either way you choose to continue, change plan or stop.
- Can I start with just the audit?
- Yes. The audit is a standalone product with its own readout and fix list. Many businesses take it to their own team. The guarantee applies only when we do the work.
The managed service
More on the managed service page.
- What does 'managed' mean here?
- A pod of nine agents runs on your business every day: onboarding, offer scoring and fixes, entity and schema, a five-agent content pod, citations, listings, measurement, a watchdog, and a report agent. A named human reviews the queue, approves writes and reads the report before it sends. You get outcomes, not a dashboard to operate.
- Do agents publish to my site without approval?
- On Managed, offer fixes within rules you approved in the audit are applied in batches you sign off, and articles that pass the quality gate publish after your reviewer's approval. On Scale, fixes stage in your CMS or PIM and your owner approves each one. Nothing writes to your site before the audit scopes it.
- How is content quality controlled?
- Every article passes a 10-point quality gate before a human sees it: answer-first structure, factual grounding against your offers, intent coverage, internal links to the pages that sell, and no filler. Articles that fail are rewritten or dropped. On our first customer’s store about 290 articles have shipped this way.
- Which platforms do you support?
- Any crawlable site with a feed or sitemap for reading. For writing: WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful and Shopify through their APIs, or a document handoff for anything else. Magento, Salesforce Commerce, commercetools and AEM are connected through adapters during Scale onboarding.
- What do I see each month?
- One report, eight numbers, each against the audit baseline: citation share on your panel, citation accuracy, offer score, organic clicks and impressions, AI-referred sessions and orders or leads, mentions earned, and content shipped. Plus a status page showing every agent routine's last run.
- Can you work alongside my SEO agency or in-house team?
- Yes. The audit lists every page and system we touch. Most teams keep rankings and paid media; we own citations, offer data and AI referrals. The report uses your own Search Console and GA4 so everyone reads the same numbers.
SEO, included
More on the SEO page.
- Is SEO included, or is it a separate service?
- Included. Engines cite pages that rank, so the content pod, the schema layer, crawl access and internal linking are classic SEO work and they run in every plan. What changes is the goal metric: the report leads with citations on your prompt panel and AI-referred visits, with Search Console clicks and impressions beside them.
- How is this different from an SEO agency retainer?
- An SEO retainer is priced on people, scoped around rankings and link building, and reported as positions. Here agents do the volume work, a human reviews, the price is on the page, and the promise is citations by a date. We do not build links or run paid media. If your category needs those, we say so in the audit.
- Do you do ecommerce SEO?
- Yes. Product and collection pages made answerable, duplicate schema from apps removed, buying guides that link into collections, Merchant Center and feed hygiene. On our first customer, a 4,878-product store, Google clicks went from 205 to 626 a month in 2026 and guide pages from 0 to 231 clicks a month.
- Do you do B2B SEO?
- Yes. Service, practice-area, pricing and comparison pages made complete and consistent, with answer-first content built around the questions buyers ask before a shortlist. The same clusters that earn citations in ChatGPT and Gemini earn rankings in Google.
- Will you work with the SEO agency we already have?
- Yes. The audit lists every page and system we touch, so scopes do not overlap. Most teams keep rankings and paid media with their agency while we own citations, offer data and AI referrals. Some agencies white-label this service instead.
- Do you guarantee rankings?
- No. The guarantee is citations: 25 buyer prompts cited in ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity within 90 days, or month four is free. Rankings move with the same work and are in every report, but nobody can honestly guarantee a position.
The guarantee
More on the guarantee page.
- What exactly is guaranteed?
- That by day 90 your brand is cited for all 25 prompts on the agreed panel, in at least one of ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity. If not, month four is free.
- How is 'cited' defined?
- The engine names your brand, or links to one of your pages, in its answer to the prompt. Each prompt is run three times a week in a clean session; a prompt counts as cited for the month if it is cited in the majority of runs on at least one engine. The run logs are in your report.
- Who picks the 25 prompts?
- We propose them in the audit from the questions buyers in your category ask, weighted to purchase intent, and you agree or change them in the readout. The panel must include prompts you are not cited for today. Once signed it cannot be changed by either side for 90 days.
- What if engines change or go down?
- Engines change weekly, which is why the panel is checked weekly and the clause names three engines. If an engine is unavailable for a scheduled run, that run is skipped and the month is judged on the remaining runs. Scope is the engines that matter this quarter.
- Does the guarantee cover traffic or revenue?
- No. Citations we can measure and influence. Traffic and revenue depend on your offer, pricing and competitors. The monthly report shows both so you can judge the connection in your own numbers.
- Is there a catch?
- Two conditions: the audit baseline and panel must be signed, and approved fixes must be allowed to publish. If your team blocks the publishing of approved work for more than 30 of the 90 days, the clock pauses. Nothing else.
Pricing and terms
More on pricing.
- Why is the audit a separate price?
- Because the plan is scoped from it. The audit scores every offer, runs the prompt panel across four engines and fixes the 25-prompt guarantee panel. It is $1,500 for most businesses and $5,000 for Scale-size audits, credited to your first month if you sign within 30 days. It is never free: a free audit cannot carry a guarantee.
- What is the difference between Managed and Scale?
- The agents are identical. Managed is run by agents with a monthly human review and a 25-prompt panel. Scale adds a named strategist one day a week, CMS or PIM integration so fixes stage in your system, 200 prompts across four engines with your competitor set, digital PR citations and a quarterly business review.
- Why is Scale a range?
- Offer count, platform integration and competitor set vary. Scale runs $6,000 to $12,000 a month and the exact figure is quoted inside the audit, where we can see the work. Enterprise is negotiated per contract.
- What are the minimum terms?
- Managed is a 3-month minimum, then monthly, with a card on file. Scale is a 6-month minimum, invoiced, with an onboarding fee quoted in the audit. Nothing is charged until the scope and billing terms are agreed with you in writing.
- Is there a cheaper plan?
- A $1,500 a month plan exists for businesses under 500 offers, with 4 articles a month instead of 12 and no citation outreach. We do not list it because most businesses that fit it are better served by the audit alone. Ask in the scan form and we will say whether it fits you.
- Do you take a percentage of revenue or ad spend?
- No. Flat monthly fees. Platforms that take a cut of payments or spend are paid whether or not you appear in an answer.
Ecommerce
More on the ecommerce page.
- Do I need to be on Shopify?
- No. Shopify is one connector. BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, commercetools and custom stacks connect by feed and crawl for reading, and by API or adapter for writing. Our first customer happens to run on Shopify.
- What does 'agentic commerce access' mean?
- Shopping assistants buy from feeds and structured product data. We keep your products eligible in Google Merchant Center, ChatGPT product discovery through your feed or the Agentic Commerce Protocol, and the Perplexity and Meta merchant programs, and check weekly that your products actually appear. Engines change these programs often, so eligibility is monitored, not set once.
- How many products can you fix?
- Managed covers up to 2,000 products; Scale up to 20,000. Each product is scored on whether an AI can answer from it, then title, description, attributes, category, alt text and feed fields are fixed within rules you approve. Our first customer ran 4,878 products through this.
- Will AI traffic actually convert?
- On our first customer’s store, AI-assistant sessions went from 20 to 569 a month in 2026 and produced 5 orders in October. Industry data says AI-referred retail visits convert about 1.6 times as well as other traffic. Your report shows your own numbers by channel, which ends the debate by month three.
- Do you write product copy?
- We fix the data an AI answers from: names, attributes, price, availability, proof, and the description structure that carries them. Brand voice and storefront design stay with you or your platform. We do not charge for anything your platform does for free.
B2B and services
More on the B2B page.
- How does AI visibility work when we sell services, not products?
- The same way. An offer is anything an AI could answer a buyer's question from: a service, a practice area, a location, a pricing plan or a person. We make each one complete and consistent, publish the comparison and how-to pages buyers ask for, and earn mentions where engines look for your category.
- Which prompts matter for a B2B buyer?
- The ones with a decision behind them: best vendors for a job, alternatives to a named competitor, cost of a service, how to choose, and questions about your specific category. The audit picks 25 of these for the guarantee panel, including ones where a competitor is cited today and you are not.
- How do you measure leads from AI answers?
- GA4 sessions whose source is an AI assistant, tied to form fills and calls, plus a 'how did you hear about us' field we help you add. Citation share on the panel is the leading indicator; AI-referred leads are the lagging one. Both are in the monthly report.
- Can this run on HubSpot, Webflow or WordPress?
- Yes. Those three publish through their APIs. Contentful and AEM connect on Scale. Anything else works by document handoff: we deliver the content and fixes, your team publishes.
- Is LynkAI itself measured this way?
- Yes. The LynkAI site is client zero, measured from November 2026 with its own 25-prompt panel, and its numbers go on the results page beside the store. If the method does not work on us, you will see that first.
Results and the customer story
More on the JCS Fashions story.
- What did LynkAI actually do for JCS Fashions?
- Four things in order: a product listing pipeline so every new product ships with AI-readable titles, attributes and structured data; a store-wide entity and schema pass with Merchant Center cleanup; a five-agent content engine that published about 290 quality-gated guide articles from April to September 2026; and weekly measurement from Search Console and GA4 with a monthly readout.
- What changed, in numbers?
- Google search clicks went from 205 a month in January 2026 to 626 in September. Guide-page clicks went from 0 in February to 231 in August. Sessions from AI assistants went from 20 a month in January to 569 in October, with 5 orders from those sessions in October. All from the store’s own accounts, pulled Oct 31, 2026.
- Is this an independent client result?
- It is a related business: JediTeck’s founder owns JCS Fashions, which is why it was the first business the service ran on and why every number can be published. Treat it as proof the method works on a real catalog. The next customer gets a story on this site with the same template.
- Does the growth include paid traffic?
- No. The clicks are Search Console organic clicks, the guide clicks are to pages under /blogs/, and AI-assistant sessions are GA4 sessions whose source is chatgpt.com, gemini.google.com, perplexity or claude.ai. Paid campaigns run on the store but are measured separately and are not in these figures.
- Why did October dip?
- The content agents were paused from Sep 29 while the multi-tenant version was built, and blog clicks fell from 229 to 183. It stays on the page. A bad month explained beats a dashboard nobody trusts.
- Where do these numbers come from?
- Google Search Console for the sc-domain:jcsfashions.com property and GA4 for the same store, pulled Oct 31, 2026. AI-assistant sessions are GA4 sessions whose source is chatgpt.com, gemini.google.com, perplexity or claude.ai. Nothing is modeled or estimated.
- Why are some months down?
- March impressions fell after a one-off February ranking on a broad query did not hold. October clicks dipped because the content agents were paused from Sep 29 while the multi-tenant version was built. Both stay on the page. A bad month explained beats a dashboard nobody trusts.
- Is JCS Fashions a real customer?
- Yes, the first one. It is a Shopify apparel store with 4,878 products where every part of the service ran first. It is a related business, owned by JediTeck’s founder. The numbers are from its own accounts, not modeled.
- Where is the citation-share number?
- Not here yet. Prompt-panel tracking on our first customer’s store and on the LynkAI site starts in November 2026, and that row appears on this page once it has four weeks of data. We publish numbers we have, not numbers we expect.
- When will a client's numbers appear here?
- When a client who is not us has a dated before-and-after and agrees to publish it. Every client report uses the same template as this page, so you can compare what you would receive to what is public.
Alternatives
More on the comparison page.
- Is LynkAI an alternative to Profound, Peec or Otterly?
- Partly. Those are monitoring platforms: they show which prompts cite you and which do not, from $29 to about $500 a month. They do not fix anything. LynkAI measures the same gap and then runs the agents that close it, under one price with a guarantee. If you already pay for one, keep it; we read its data rather than sell you a second dashboard.
- How is this different from an SEO or AEO agency?
- Agencies bill people to do the work and rarely publish their own numbers. Our agents do the volume work, a human reviews, and the method ran on our first customer’s store with results published monthly. Retainers land at $3,000 and from $6,000 where agencies typically charge $2,000 to $8,000 for less measured work.
- What about the $10 Shopify AEO apps?
- They pull one lever each: llms.txt, a schema block, or referral analytics. Useful hygiene, and we never charge for what a platform or app does for free. They do not write content, earn citations or put money behind a result.
- What about autonomous store platforms like Amboras or Polsia?
- They promise to run the store or the company for you, often for a cut of payments or ad spend, with no metric and no date. We do the opposite: one measurable promise, a published price, and the storefront itself stays with your platform. They are future connectors for our scan, not competitors for the answer layer.
- When is a monitoring tool the better choice?
- If you have a team ready to act on the data, a $100 to $500 a month tracker is the right buy. If you want someone accountable for the number moving, start with the free scan and see what it finds.
About LynkAI
More on the about page.
- Who is behind LynkAI AI Visibility?
- JediTeck LLC, an ISO 27001-certified AI engineering company founded in 2019 in the San Francisco Bay Area, led by Indran Sahadevan. LynkAI is its brand for agentic products. AI Visibility is the first managed service under it.
- Why does a software company sell a managed service?
- Because the gap between an AI proof of concept and a production system is where most AI projects die. The missing link is the operations layer: agents that run every day, a human who reviews, and measurement that proves it. We built that for our first customer, a store owned by our founder, then packaged it.
- Where does the team sit?
- Milpitas, California, with engineering and content review in the US and India. Clients are US-based businesses; the lead gate on this site accepts US requests only for now.
- Is LynkAI itself measured this way?
- Yes. The LynkAI site is client zero from November 2026, with its own 25-prompt panel, and its numbers will be published on the results page beside the store’s.
